Before you refer me to the article on the website here
that's already posted, I tried it. Didn't work. I have
an Asus A7N8X2.0 mb, a WD 160gb hd (never been formatted,
etc). When I try to boot from cd, I get the windows setup
screen, goes through the raid drivers thing (not using
them) and the automated system recovery (which I am not
using) and then when loading the windows executable, will
not go any farther. Says it can't load ntkrnlmp.exe,
error code 7. I tried pushing F7 when the article said,
doesn't make a difference. Checked bios settings for acpi
settings...it's not set to suspend to ram anyway. Any
thoughts?

Hi
I have the same problem - I have an Asus A7M8X-X with 40Gb DiamondMax. When i boot from the CD it stops (with different messages each time) saying files are corrupt or the Error code you receive

Unfortunately I have no solution yet!!!
