Whenever I try to launch Outlook 2003 the pointer turns briefly to an
hourglass, back to a pointer and Outlook does not launch. There is no error
message. i've tried to launch from the desktop shortcut, the start-up menu
and by typing outlook.exe at the run command. Same thing happens everytime.

I can get to one of my e-mail accounts via webmail but don't have the
webmail info for the others.

Any thoughts on why Outlook won't launch and how I can repair?

Try inbox repair and also try rebooting. Also check to see if Outlook.exe
is still a running process
