<sigh> And what does "launch HTML" mean to you in words that mean
something to someone else?

Spybot S&D does not by itself block anything, but it may have prompted
you, and you have clicked 'Deny'. I think it is in the SS&D 'Recovery'
section where you can undo incorrect blocks. Allow anything related to
Outlook that you may have inadvertently blocked.

tthe simplest explaination is like having a web site that someone wants to
go to by clicking on it. My MS Outlook 2003 instead takes me to a file
window asking Locate Link Browser, did a search and have nothing. If I copy
the email to MS Word and CTL Click I will launch the web browser and get to
the site. CTL Click on Outlook does not do anything same results.

It's called a 'hyperlink'.

So what you want to do is click on a [hyper]link that is shown within
an e-mail (and have a web browser go to that URL). This is a commonly
asked question so I don't answer those because Googling finds an
answer.

http://www.google.com/search?q=%2Bou...%22not+open%22

You could also search Microsoft's large support knowledgebase
(support.microsoft.com), like:

http://support.microsoft.com/search/...de=s&cat=False

You could narrow the results by specifying the actual version of
Outlook that you use which you omitted here.
