I've taken the corrective action that Yahoo recommends to join their groups,
but am still not seeing the whole sign up page when I attempt to join. Any
suggestions? Is there a setting somewhere I should check?

Those using IE7 are asked to post their comments & questions to and seek
support in microsoft.public.internetexplorer.general newsgroup.
