can't integrate hotfix

hello,l
I want to make a slipstreamed xp cd. following instructions at MSDN
unattended setup. sp2 has integrated ok, but IE7 fails. The files start being
extracted but then it comes up with a screen giving options for 'switches'.
Tried following ms KB support instructions on this but still doesn't work.
the command tried was:

C:\IE7-WindowsXP-x86-enu.exe /integrate:c:\xpcd
