CANT INSTALL XP PRO - SYSTEM KEEPS HANGING

I keep getting this error everytime xp gets done with the drivers. pci.sys.
right when the system says its loading windows. I've updated the bios, spoke
with the hdd manufacturer (im using a sata drive for the first time) will no
luck. Any Ideas?
