Trying to install ZAP4 from CD; message says I (administrator) do not have
access to change configuration. I feel there may be corruption in Registry.
Would like 2nd or more opinion. I attempted to do a clean install by using
the uninstall function. I don't think the uninstall was complete as I am
getting a message that "True Vector" has failed. Zone Labs says it's not
their problem.
They say it's in my OS which is XP Home.

Go to search and type in the file name and see if anything comes up. If it does delete it and reboot and try installing again.
