An installation problem
My System: Toshiba laptop, satellite 1905-277,
Windows XP Home Edition

I tried to install the LG 600P-EPP flatbed scanner.
Installation consists of three programs namely:
Xerox TextBridge
MGI Photo Suite
TaskBridge
Driver TWAIN
I choose to install all.
At the end it gives the following error message:
windows name: TBridge.exe error
Can't find UI3RD_32.dll

I searched the installation CD for the said file but couldn't find.
What should I do to install it.
Also I thought TWAIN is a brand name but seams that it is a general
technical word and has something to do with Scanners. Would be happy if you
could guide me to find out the meaning as well.

Is there not an option on the cd to install 'drivers'
Is the driver on the cd an XP driver - see yr instruction book for sys
supported

There is in it installs but at the end it gives an error mesage asking for a
dll file.

Try uninstalling the Apps then install TaskBridge and Twain only.
Follow any instructions with the scanner re the installation
TBridge.exe is the scanner driver, I'm assuming the disk has win2k drivers
