am a computer administrator, but would you please help me? Thank you very
much!

Hello,

What error messages appear? Does it just stop in the middle with no more
activity at all?

Try contacting Real Support directly here

Does it hang at the same point in the installation? What is the
source of the installation file? If it was downloaded, consider
the possibility that the file is corrupted or that the extracted
files are corrupted. Repeat the download and installation.

Listen. It said "Setup decompression failed. Possible download error. Please
download this file again or contact your system administrator." So I tried
downloading it again and when it was done, the error message came up again.
So I tried it a few more times and there was no difference.

Very frustrating situation when the file in the server is corrupt or
the download is done over a slow connection that might require multiple
re-sends of data packets. Try downloading from a different (high speed)
connection. If downloaded file is still appears corrupted, then check
the temporary folder or workspace to where the file has been extracted
and clean it out...it might to too full and re-extract. If the message
repeats, then contact RealPlayer as the file in their server is bad.
