Hi,
Restart the system in Safe Mode (hit F8 at boot to select this), logon as
administrator. Add her account to permissions for this directory:
C:\Windows\system32\spool
To do this, right-click the folder and select properties, go to the Security
tab (this will not be visible in Normal mode). You want to use the add
function and give the account full control.
