Can't install Office on 2nd computer

I'm trying to install my Office program on my new laptop and it's not taking
the product key. Any suggestions?

What version of Office? Is it a retail copy, or did it come
preinstalled on your first computer by the computer manufacturer?
If you get an error message regarding the product key, then
please quote the entire error message exactly and completely.
