can't install nor uninstall

When I try to run Antispyware (latest version) on an
other administrator-account of my desktop PC I get lots
of errors with in the end the advise to uninstall and re-
install with the latest version (which I already have).
When I un-install I get messages that severall DLL's
can't be unregistred. And when I after that re-install I
get the same messages that they can't be registred. The
program (Antispyware) isn't running anymore.
What can I do to get it up and running again???
