Cant install net printer HP2300

I have a network printer HP2300 attached to another comp.I
want to install on XP but can't.In printer wizzard i can
see the printer but in the last "next" the OS is thinking
very much and then says me that can't see the printer.
In a window below I read the following;"The data area
passed to a system call is too small".

My login is the network administrator login!
