Can't install NET Framework SDK 1.1

's Computer Specifications

am trying to install the .NET FRAMEWORK SDK 1.1 from CD
and getting this errors:

Internal error 2908 {1D3CBB-44E2-BFEB-4CC6FB0FDA33}
Internal error 2908 {CFF19309-EA6F-4C72-96F6-8FB0903F9366}
Error 1935 error occured during the installation of assembly component

HRESULT:-2147319761

Installing the product form microsoft downloads causes the same errors.
What do I do in order to get the software installed.
Web Matrix doesn't install without SDK installed. The .Net Framework redistributable 1.1 installed fine.
