I am having a problem to install my printer canon c5500 multipass. I downloaded all the hardware from Canon web site and unistall the old multipass of my computer but I still can't intall it to my computer. A message comes up : a old version of canon multipass already installed. Very thank's

What OS are you running? I have a Canon C5500 Multipass also
running on XP Pro. Try un-installing the software through
the add & remove program in control panel. Reload the
software, then download the XP drivers from the Canon
website. It should work then, if your running Win XP.
