I cant even open setupdl.exe...it keeps saying it is now
a valid win32 application...this only happened after i
did a hardware upgrade and reinstlaled winXP Pro. anyone
knows why and how to fix it? help please!

Greetings,

A lot of different issues could be accounting for this. The first is that it just simply
didn't download properly and as such, you'll need to completely clear your Internet Explorer
(or whatever browser you're using)'s cache and download it again. To do so in Internet
Explorer, click the Tools menu, then Internet Options, then the "Delete Files" button.
Confirm the operation and then after it has completed clearing, try again.
