The system has suddenly stopped loading games. They don't
load when I close the CD drawer and they don't load if I
explore the game CD and click on set up.

I have re-installed windows XP home but it makes no
difference.

Any suggestions welcome

This may sound simple, but is the cd drive running?

Go to this site ,look 4 restore autostart for cd rom
drive,sometimes when you check the box allways do this
selection,it loses the pathway needed to comunicate.
