Are you the hosting company? Are you the server admin? What OS are you using?

You need to add them via Windows 2003 Server CD:

Control Panel | Add/Remove | Window Components | Application Server | IIS | FP 2002 SE

You don't need FrontPage on the server.
The extensions are on the Windows 2003 installation CD.

Is this where you are installing from?

When I try to install the extensions from KB article
(http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx/kb/156842 (FP11ext.exe)) I keep
getting an error message that says:
“You must install FrontPage before installing the server extensions for
Microsoft Internet Information Server. Set up will exit.”

Thanks for your help.

That article has to do with FrontPage 1.1 and 97.

One Windows 2003 server, you use the extensions that come on the CD, and not
from anywhere else.

And, you do not install FrontPage on the server.

I just checked Control Panel | Add/Remove | Window Components | Application
Server | IIS | FP 2002 SE...the box is checked and installed.
I am still getting the same error message.

Now that I have verified that step, my next issue is when I try to set up a
form to email to the administrator the link goes to WEBBOT-SELF and page cant
be displayed. I have the button set to submit and email administrator.
