Can't Install Adobe 5 from Disk

's Computer Specifications

Win xp Home 2002, SP2. Msg that installer has problem and need to get help.
Have installed another Adobe program on same disk. Windows start up is in
Normal mode as required.

Adobe 5 is slow to launch, you're better off with version 6. Haven't
tried anything later. Foxit reader for .pdf files seems to do all I need
and is very compact and fast to launch.
