Can't Install Activex Control

Hi All,
We are using Windows XP as OS. The problem which I am
facing is that whenever I open a site which needs ActiveX
Control it gives me a Error Message "Can't Install ActiveX
Control. Can someone please help me in this as it is very
crucial issue and for this my job is at stake.
