can't insert movie from file, movie from gallery or movie object into powerpoint 2000, windows 2000, wmediaplayer 9 and quicktiime 6.5.1
i get messages that say "powerpoint found an error that it can't correct, save presentation, exit and restart ppoint. have done nothing changes. i also get the error message "mplay32.exe has generated faults and will shut down." when i try to close the presentation it says "the presentation contains open inserted objects, close them first then try and exit" but it won't allow me to do any thing. please help, i am beside myself by now  -- thanks for your help |
