I am unable to insert :.mov: format file by any option
given under "INSERT" menu. i.e
1) Insert > Object> Quick Time Movie
2) Insert > movie and sound

Kindly solve my problem

PowerPoint and Quicktime aren't the best of friends, even under the best
of circumstances.
