From an Outlook point of view you could scan your pst-file for errors with
scanpst.exe. If it still fails I would split the folders into separate
folders and see which fails and which don't. I would continue that until I
would have found the message(s) that causes the import to fail.
For troubleshooting from a WLM point of view you should ask in the WLM or WM
newsgroup.
