I've made videos using this software before, but now after a month of not
using it; I can't the software to work.

When I try to drag/import a video it says...

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Desktop\Kyle\Snipe 2.mpg could not be
imported. An interface has too many methods to fire events from

I've tried rebooting, tried bringing 1 clip at a time, and even deleting all
my collections.

Please help.

I also checked out this like which didn't help.

I notice that my old videos can be imported (wma/v files) and the ones I am
trying to import that don't work are movie clips.

The above link to papajohn's reply has the exact answer to your problem!
It's a compatibilty issue and you have to convert "Snipe 2.mpeg" etc to a
format that WMM is compatible with.

if you didn't need to convert them before, it's unusual and you've been
lucky... but as the world turns and your system changes, when you get to the
point of needing to convert them, it's time to start...
