You get that error message because Outlook is not installed on your Vista
computer; Outlook is the "MAPI client" from the error message and must be
installed and setup on the machine used to do the transfer because only
Outlook can open a .PST data file. Either install Outlook, move a copy of
your old .PST file to a folder on the Vista machine where it won't overwrite
any existing files and connect it to the new Outlook install using
'File|Open|Outlook Data File' after which the transfer will work, or
transfer everything from Outlook to Outlook Express on the old machine, take
all the .DBX files to your Vista machine and import them.
