Can't import file in WMM

HI
I am having problems with importing file... every time I click "import
video" it takes me to the folder where I have my video files but when I click
any desire file, It says can not open .. unspecified error.... Although I
have been working on WMM and I never had this problem... let me also tell you
that I have a valid Windows XP Home Edition, and I have tried every thing
possible at Microsoft Windows Website.. but nothing is happening.. Please
Help Me....
