I can hear other sounds, but not those on email attachments. Going to
Control Panel>Sounds, it says no audio device is installed. I have installed
RealPlayer.

RealPlayer is not an audio device; it's a media player. Can you hear any
sounds when you play a video or audio clip with RealPlayer?

My guess is not, since you have either no audio device or driver for the
device. Check your Device Manager to see if there is an audio device,
and if the drivers are correctly installed. If not, then this is really
not an Outlook problem. Try in a Windows newsgroup for help.
