Powerpoint version: 2003sp2

A user has a ppt with 18 slides.
Slide 7 has a short video. The file format is WMV, it is in the same
directory as the PPT, and the path+filename is a lot shorter than 100
characters.
No transitions are defined.
The video is on the slide as a small 2cmx2cm (approx.) square.
When you go from slide 6 to slide 7, the video does not start
automatically.
User clicks on the grey square and the video starts, fullscreen.
When the movie is done, it returns to slide 7.
User clicks anywhere on the slide (except of course on the grey
square), the presentation moves to slide 8.
All of this is normal behavior.

This is the problem:
User goes back from slide 8 to slide 7.
User clicks on grey square.
Movie plays for the second time.
Movie is done, back to slide 7.
The mouse cursor does not change back from the hand to the arrow.
User can click anywhere on the slide, it does not go to slide 8 but
plays the movie *again*.
Only way to get out without stopping the presentation, is to click the
arrow button on the semi-transparant control at the bottom left corner
of the screen.

So the problem is, it works good the first time, but not the second,
third,... time.

What causes this problem?

Case closed.
Deleted the video and inserted again.
Video square was not grey but black after inserting.

It's not urgent any more, but if anyone knows what might have been the
problem, feel free to reply.
