I downloaded IE version 6.0 and now when I try to print emails or anything off the internet I get script errors saying permission denied. Line: 237 ;Char: 2;Error: Permission Denied

I tried to Re download IE version 5.5 to get rid of the Script errors but it wouldn't let me saying there was already a newer version installed. Is it possible to go back to it? What will happen if I select "Restore Previous Windows Configuration" in the Add/Remove list?

What happens if you Restore Previous Windows Configuration?
That depends on your operating system, as you normally revert to the
base version of IE.
In Win98 SE, I revert to IE5.0
I believe in Win98 original you would return to IE4 and in Win Me,
IE5.5

Doing a Restore may not cure your problems, so I suggest you
concentrate on your printing problem.
I have several line numbers on file but not a correct answer for Line
237.
Try this search and report back if you find a definitive solution.

i thought about that too, as ie6 doesn't play well with
98, if you go back, you could always upgrade to 5.5
