First thing I would do is ping the IP address of the website's new location.
If you get a reply, try to connect to the IP address in Frontpage
(
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx). This would bypass the DNS propogation delay. The
IP address should be immediately available. (This will only work if it is a
hosted domain, rather than a virtual host. A virtual host will have the same
IP address as the web server.)
If you can't ping the IP address, I would recommend looking at ISA server
(proxy). Is it possible that a necessary inbound port is blocked which is
not allowing the web server to communicate to your FP client? Maybe the 2003
extensions require an additional inbound port to be opened in ISA server?
