I am all ready to go but I get the message to do "3
things" before I can use IM. I can't get past the first
thing.... to go to my inbox and respond to the email to
verify...something. I have never received an email to
which I should reply! Any suggestions? When I try to
get help online, I can't get past the steps to email
someone at Microsoft. Thanks..

Greetings Annie,

Assuming you've waited 48-hours for the verification e-mail to arrive, you can request
another from Passport Services:
