Can't get Sender details to work

I'm unable to get my Sender name to show up on emails that I send from
Outlook 2007. I'm using an AOL Mail account through IMAP and have set my
preferred sender name under Account Settings in Outlook and in the AOL
Settings. Unfortunately, despite this, just my email address shows in the
Sender field. Any ideas?
