When creating a message in Outlook I get a pop-up box with the heading "enter
network password". I keep typing my password in and checking the box to
remember it and click ok, but the message keeps coming back and I cannot get
rid of it.

Ok, if you need help solving the issue provide your Outlook configuration
details and just ask.
