When I try to start Outlook 02, I get a message that my MS Exchange Server is unavailable. I'm using a POP3 server and don't want to use exchange. How do I get rid of it?

Sue, I just followed your directions, leaving me with my 5 POP3 email accounts. In order to remove the Exchange account, I had to designate a place to send messages to. I used the default offered "Personal Folders." Now when I click on send/receive, the message I get is "the requested information store could not be found in the active profile." I don't know what this means. I simply want to have my messages sent to the 5 accounts I now have listed under the email accounts. Right now, they're still going into the receive box I'm using in Outlook Express. How do I set this up? (By the way, thanks for your help)

Sounds like you may not have a valid Personal Folders .pst file in the
profile. What do you see in File | Data File Management.
