Every time I boot up my computer the "Getting Started With Windows 2000
Professional" program begins. The box that says - Show this screen at
startup- is NOT checked. I tried deleting the .exe file in the Windows
directory but the file keeps coming back! It is so annoying. What can I do

I would try creating a new user profile, since that sounds quite odd... you
can also check HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run and the
startup folder in the start menu and try to delete it from there.
