I am using Messenger 6.2 and had the same problem with
6.1. I have blocked and deleted a couple of contacts and
when I go into Personal Setting and Privacy, it has the
Allow list and Block list. When I right click and try to
delete the contacts in there, I can't get rid of some of
them. Any ideas as to why? The option is grayed out...

You'll only be able to remove contacts in the Blocked/Allow lists in the Privacy tab if
they've removed you from their main contact list. If they haven't removed you, then they
will be grayed out and you won't be able to remove them. This is by design.
