Hi Andy

Try reinstalling the BCM update and it should take care of the issue

I am having the same problem. I tried reinstalling the update from the
Microsoft web site and it said the component was already installed. Do I need
o remove it somehow first?

Check the report files...for assocations other than outlook. In my case my

reports in order for my reports to work

Hi

You can go assembly cache by going to
Control Panel > Administrative Tools > .NET Framework 1.1 Configuration
We clicked on Assembly Cache, then View List of Assemblies in the Assembly
Cache

I did as you advised, except the terminology was a little different -
Microsoft.net framework 1.1 > Manage the assembly cache. Then a find a long
list of things, not looks like a crystalis report writer. What do I do next?

BTW there is a framework wizard, which included a fix wizard. When I looked
at that there were several ACT applications there - from a demo I downloaded
about a year ago. Can / how / should those be removed?

Thanks
