Can't get presentation to save fullscreen.htm

I have tried to save a presentation as a webpage in PPT 2003 and it is not
creating a fullscreen.htm. Any advice???

PowerPoint did not create a script.js file and outline.htm files are actually
outline_collapsed.htm and outline_expanded.htm. What am I doing wrong?
