Hi Group,
I started to do a windows xp repair from the cd. It called for an intel
chipset file which I cant find, even at intel. I've done several hard shut
downs in an attempt to get out of setup. I just want to boot back to desktop
but it just keeps booting back into setup. How can I boot back to to
desktop? Any ideas would be appreciated.
Bob

Have you tried changing the Boot Priority Settings? Remove CD, reboot
computer and access BIOS (normally by hitting F2 key when starting to
bootup) and check Boot Priority Settings. Change priority to boot to hard
drive rather than CDROM and see if this will allow your computer to boot
back normally.

Did you take out the CD from the CD-ROM before rebooting ?

Bob,

Does your machine use the RAID BIOS even though your PC doesn't actually
have a RAID setup?

Hi Bob,

The chipset download will be listed under your make/model downloads.
