I can't get my Outlook 2007 to open in vista

's Computer Specifications

I tried to do the repair option and it didn't work. I then tried doing a
system restore to the last time I used it; that didn't work either. Anyone
know how I might fix this?

What happens when you try to open it? Any error message? (In FULL please...)
