Can't get my custom dictionary to work

's Computer Specifications

I have succuessful downloaded and installed a custom dictionary but when
using Outlook the spell check function does not find or correct the words. I
am not using MS Word as my editor.

's Computer Specifications

what version of outlook and where did you download the custom dictionary
from?
