I can't get more than one IE browser window open at a time

's Computer Specifications

Since downloading a Shockwave update I can't get more than
one IE browser window open at a time. When I open another
window the first one closes, and I can use the Back
button. Anyone able to help please?

IE>tools> internet options>advanced>browser section>disable 're-use windows
for launching shortcuts'.

Use Shift+Left click on the link.
