I use SBC DSL which is partnered with Yahoo. Just signed on to my account's
home page on that site. It appears that they have made major and recent
changes. In other words, you may just be hitting a server snag as these
changes propagate. Suggest trying again in an hour or so (the usual amount
of down time that I've seen when their servers are acting up). If the
situation continues, suggest contacting customer service.
