I get "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close". I
have tried to start in safe mode, I've downloaded the updates from Microsoft
and even re-loaded my Microsoft package and nothing works. Help.

Hi sasm,

your Outlook version is?
Do you work with Exchange server or with a local PST file?

At first I would try to reapeir the profile an dif you work local, repair
the PSt file.

We have a simular problem with more than one computer at our office. After a
while - say a few minutes after logging into Outlook - it shuts down with the
message "Microsoft Outlook has encountered a problem and needs to close".
Usually it happens when I do something like sending. It´s no problem to work
offline and use the webmail. We are using exchangeserver and my Outlook is
2007.
Anybody? Suggestions of what it might be?
