Two days ago, I tried to download and install a new program (Ares Tube). I'm
so soryy I messed with it because, ever since then, I can no longer get into
Outlook to get my e-mails. I keep getting a pop-up that stops me that says,
"There was a probelm opening Business Contact Manager. Do you want to
restart Business Contact Manager?" It doesn't matter what I choose or click,
I just keep getting the same pop-up and "Send error report" pop-ups. Now,
since I have fiddled with it, I keep getting asked if I want to open Outlook
in Safe mode...again, whether I say "Yes" or "No," it won't let me in.
PLEASE HELP! Thanks.

Try inserting Office / outlook cd and running Office Diagnostics or Detect/
Repair, depending on outlook version, which you dont state
