I have a broadband connection set up on my desktop computer (Windows
2000 pro)
I use a Vigor 2600 WE wireless router
I want to connect my laptop (Windows XP pro) to the internet through
my desktop PC.
I have established a wireless LAN connection via the Vigor on my
laptop using a Netgear USB wireless adapter.
The laptop has established the wirless connection but my browser
IExplorer is not connecting to the internet.
I have the connection settings in IE > tools > options > LAN set to
automatically detect settings.
What else do I need to do?
I am using Zone Alarm firewall on my desktop machine.
Trusted zone set to medium.
Is this stopping the sharing?

Any ideas?

Regards,
Nick
