Can't get emails, network password screen pops up

After being on vacation and checking email from offsite, I now cannot get
emails and the "Enter Network Password" screen keeps popping up with the
correct user name and password. It is not accepting my password anymore.

Any suggestions.

How are you connecting to your server? Are you back onsite? What version
of Outlook are you using? What operating system are you using?
