Cant get audio in msn v6

My msn messenger v6 works fine with my cam but it does
not with voice after sending invitation it give this :
your audio conversation with xxxxxx has ended. i've done
audio tuning with no help. When the other side sends
invitation to me the same problem happens. Please help
