Just upgraded from ME to XP home addition. Everything
seems okay. When connecting my HP 5110 all in one office
jet to the computer, XP sees the printer as being
connected (can see "new device" Office Jet 5110) message
in the lower task bar stating that office jet 5110 sees
new hardware. The CD that came from HP with this printer
specifies it is compabtiable with XP. However when
installing the printer I get the following pop-up
message "DOT4USB.SYS", UNKOWN IS NEEDED, Type path when
fils is located. Tried searching for the path can't find
it. Anyone out there can help me fix this problem would
greatly appreciated.

Hello

Try removing all drivers and then going to www.hp.com
and look up that model printer for current drivers for
XP
