Thanks for the url's Kathleen. I checked them out and it seems I'd be better
off using Windows mail as the site suggested. It really did not answer my
question on a quick glance, but did mention that the if using Outlook for the
calendar (which is why I wanted to stick with Outlook), I might find the
Windows Calendar had many of the same features. I will definately check it
out more thoroughly tomorrow! Thanks again. Diane
